Overview
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are in new condition: unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all accessories. We provide a simple, tracked return process with quick inspections and timely refunds.

- Condition: new, unworn, clean outsoles, no creasing, all accessories included
- Packaging: original shoe box, dust bags, extra laces/cards (if any), and inserts
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Eligibility requirements
- Unworn and unused. Please try on sneakers on a clean, soft surface to avoid outsole marks and creasing.
- Original packaging. Include the Gucci shoe box, all inserts, dust bags, and any supplied accessories. Do not tape or ship the shoe box alone—place it inside a protective outer carton.
- All tags and any security seal (if applied) must be intact and attached.
- Return the pair as a complete set with both shoes and accessories from the original shipment.
- Submit the return within the 30‑day window and ship the package within 7 days of label issuance.
How to start a return
- Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
- Email us at [email protected] with subject “Return Request: [Order #]”. Include:
- Your full name and shipping ZIP code
- Item name/size and reason for return
- Photos if reporting a defect or shipping damage
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with your Return Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid label for US addresses.
- Pack securely. Place the shoe box inside an outer carton. Affix the label and drop off with the specified carrier.
- Track your return from the carrier scan. We’ll email you as soon as it’s inspected.
Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges for size or color of the same style within the 30‑day window, subject to availability.

- Standard exchange: Your replacement ships once the original pair is received and passes inspection.
- Instant exchange: Put a temporary hold on your payment method for the replacement; we ship right away. The hold is released when we receive your original pair.
- One prepaid exchange per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
Return shipping & fees

- US returns: We provide a prepaid, trackable label.
- Fee: An $8.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges, incorrect items received, or confirmed defects.
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
- If you choose your own carrier, you are responsible for loss/damage in transit; we recommend insured, trackable service.
Processing times

- Inspection: 2–3 business days after your package is marked delivered to our facility.
- Refunds: 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method after approval (timing varies by bank/issuer).
- Store credit and exchanges: issued/processed immediately after approval.
Non‑returnable items
To keep our standards high and our pricing fair, the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
- Worn, creased, altered, or damaged items
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards and store credit
- Customized or monogrammed accessories (if applicable)
- Socks and footwear care products that have been opened/used
Defects, damage, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and the shipping carton if damaged in transit. We will prioritize a replacement or provide a prepaid return with a full refund once confirmed.
Gifts & store credit

- Gift with receipt: We can refund the original payment method or issue store credit to the gift recipient.
- Gift without receipt: Eligible returns receive store credit at the current selling price.
Holiday return extension
Orders delivered between November 1 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, provided items meet standard eligibility.

FAQs
Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes. If the price of an item you purchased drops within 7 days of your order date, contact us and we’ll issue a one‑time price adjustment as a refund or store credit. Excludes final sale and limited‑release items.
Can I return worn sneakers?
We can only accept returns in new condition. Please try on pairs indoors on a clean surface to avoid outsole marks or creasing.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If we cannot refund the original method (e.g., expired card), we’ll issue store credit.
Do you accept international returns?
Our service currently focuses on US orders. If you placed an international order through a freight forwarder, you are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes, which are non‑refundable through us.
What if my return is sent back used or missing items?
Returns that don’t meet eligibility may be refused and sent back to you, or a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
